Why is it 20 to 30% cheaper than booking sites?
We rent direct from the owner. No booking platform fee, no hotel profit on top. And two or three people to a room.
Who pays the deposits?
At first, you do, as a separate line on the monthly invoice. After a few projects together, we pay them ourselves.
What if a property is cancelled or becomes unavailable during the project?
Your account manager starts looking the same day and keeps looking until your people have a bed.
What documents do I get for audits and compliance?
Signed contracts, VAT invoices, property IDs. Proof-of-accommodation letters for audits or visas. Deposits documented separately.
Can the team split, grow or move?
Yes. Several sites, arrivals in groups, more or fewer people. A new price within 24 to 72 hours, still one invoice.
